1.Orders will be processed upon an advance payment of 50% by check in favour of Montessori Stores Payable in the USA. Payment must be in US Dollar OR Credit Card.

2. The prices of all merchandise ordered shall be the price in effect on the date of acceptance of the order by the seller.

3. All orders are covered by insurance against damage in transit. Do not accept any material that appears damaged unless you write "RECEIVED DAMAGED" on the delivery receipts and sign. DO NOT RETURN any package until you have been given RETURN AUTHORIZATION.

4. Shipping and insurance costs will be charged at the actual rates. This is to be borne by the purchaser.

5. Please add 5% of the total purchase amount for handling charges. Freight charges of any return of goods shall be borne by the purchaser.

6. Complaints will be only entertained in writing within 15 days of receipt to info@montessoristores.com Telephonic or verbal complaints will not be accepted.

7. Delivery may take between 7 to 65 days depending on the availability.

8. All orders must be fully pre-paid before dispatch.

9. Disputes will be addressed to Pratishtha Creative Learning Equipments, India.

10. All prices are subjected to change, without any prior notice.

11. All disputes will be considered in the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, AP. India only.

12. All taxes and duties imposed by the customers country of landing should be borne by the customer.
